Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Chicken. Pat the chicken breasts dry, cut into smaller pieces, and sauté in olive oil with seasonings until browned and fully cooked (6-8 minutes).
Step 2: Create the Flavorful Sauce. Stir in salsa verde, honey, and lime juice into the cooked chicken and let it cook for another 3-5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Step 3: Add the Black Beans. Gently fold in the rinsed and drained black beans.
Step 4: Assemble the Taco Cups. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Press tortillas into a greased muffin tin and fill with the chicken and bean mixture.
Step 5: Bake. Bake for 15-20 minutes until tortillas are crispy and the mixture is heated through.
