½cupMayonnaise
4ouncesGoat cheese, softened

1loafFrench bread, cut into ¾-inch slices

Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise and softened goat cheese. Blend until smooth and creamy, adding salt and pepper to taste.
Cook the bacon until crispy, either in a skillet or in the oven at 400°F for 15-20 minutes. Crumble the cooked bacon.
Dice the roma tomatoes and finely chop the lettuce, removing seeds if necessary.
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Brush the French bread slices with olive oil and toast for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy.
Rub the halved garlic clove over the warm toasted bread for added flavor.
