Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons salted butter
  • 3.5 ounces white chocolate, finely chopped
  • 1 cup candied peanuts
  • 10 ounces marshmallows, snipped in half
  • 6 cups Rice Krispies

Instructions

  • In a large non-stick saucepan, melt the 3 tablespoons of salted butter over low heat. Stir occasionally to ensure it doesn’t burn.
  • Once the butter is melted, add the snipped marshmallows to the saucepan. Stir continuously until the marshmallows are completely melted and the mixture is smooth.
  • Remove the saucepan from heat and add the finely chopped white chocolate to the melted marshmallow mixture. Stir until the chocolate is fully melted and the mixture is well combined.
  • Add the 6 cups of Rice Krispies and 1 cup of candied peanuts to the mixture. Use a spatula to gently fold the ingredients together until everything is evenly coated.
  • Line your baking dish with parchment paper for easy removal, if desired. Pour the mixture into the dish and use the spatula to spread it evenly, pressing down gently to compact the treats.
  • Allow the treats to cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes. Once set, cut into squares or rectangles and serve! Enjoy your White Chocolate Rice Krispie Treat Recipe with Candied Peanuts!
