  • 4 cups Watermelon, deseeded and diced
  • 1 whole Jalapeño, deseeded and finely diced
  • ½ cup Green bell pepper, finely diced
  • ½ cup Fresh mint, chopped
  • 4 tablespoons Lime juice
  • 1 pinch Salt

Instructions

  • Step 1: Gather all your ingredients. Cut the watermelon into cubes and remove any seeds. Finely dice the jalapeño, green bell pepper, and chop the mint leaves.
  • Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced watermelon, diced jalapeño, finely diced green bell pepper, and chopped mint. Gently toss these ingredients together to distribute them evenly.
  • Step 3: Pour the lime juice over the watermelon mixture. Add a pinch of salt to enhance the flavors. Carefully mix everything together until well combined.
  • Step 4: Allow the salsa to chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving. Serve with crispy tortilla chips.
