Ingredients

Dry Ingredients

  • 2 cups Quick Cooking Oats, gluten-free
  • 1 pinch Kosher Salt
  • 4 teaspoons Brown Sugar

Wet Ingredients

  • 2 cups Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Almond Extract
  • 2 teaspoons Pure Vanilla Extract

Toppings

  • ½ cup Raw Sliced Almonds
  • Ground Cinnamon to taste

Instructions

  • Gather all your ingredients and four half-pint canning jars.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, kosher salt, and brown sugar. Stir until well mixed.
  • Pour in the almond milk, almond extract, and vanilla extract. Stir until thoroughly combined.
  • Evenly divide the mixture among the jars, leaving some space at the top.
  • Sprinkle sliced almonds into each jar and add a pinch of ground cinnamon.
  • Seal the jars and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4-6 hours.

Notes
