Instructions
Gather all your ingredients and four half-pint canning jars.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, kosher salt, and brown sugar. Stir until well mixed.
Pour in the almond milk, almond extract, and vanilla extract. Stir until thoroughly combined.
Evenly divide the mixture among the jars, leaving some space at the top.
Sprinkle sliced almonds into each jar and add a pinch of ground cinnamon.
Seal the jars and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4-6 hours.
