  • 3 ounces deli turkey meat
  • 2 small tomatoes sliced
  • 1 each English cucumber cut in long strips
  • 1 each bell pepper cut in long strips
  • 1 each lime juice to taste

  • 4 inch whole wheat tortillas

  • Start by washing all your vegetables thoroughly. Slice the tomatoes and cut the English cucumber and bell pepper into long strips. Set them aside on your cutting board.
  • Take a whole wheat tortilla and lay it flat on your plate. Using a spoon, spread 2 tablespoons of hummus evenly over the tortilla, leaving about an inch of space around the edges for easy rolling.
  • Next, layer 3 ounces of deli turkey meat on top of the hummus. Then, add your sliced tomatoes, cucumber strips, and bell pepper strips in a colorful arrangement.
  • Drizzle a little lime juice over the top of the vegetables, and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Carefully roll the tortilla tightly from one end to the other, tucking in the sides as you go to keep the filling secure.
  • Once your wrap is rolled, use a sharp knife to slice it in half diagonally. Serve immediately or wrap it up for an on-the-go meal!
