2largeEggs
2cupsItalian Bread Crumbs
1teaspoonSalt
1teaspoonBlack Pepper
Vegetable OilFor frying
Parmesan CheeseFreshly grated, for garnish

Instructions
Start by bringing a large pot of salted water to a boil over medium-high heat. Cook the ravioli according to the package instructions, generally around 4-5 minutes until they float to the surface. Drain and place on a paper towel-lined baking sheet.
Set up your breading station with three bowls: one with buttermilk, one with whisked eggs, and one with a mixture of Italian bread crumbs, salt, and black pepper.
Dip each ravioli into the buttermilk, then the egg mixture, and finally coat with the bread crumb mixture. Place them back on the baking sheet.
In a large skillet, heat about ½ inch of vegetable oil over medium heat. Fry the breaded ravioli in batches for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
Sprinkle freshly grated Parmesan cheese on top while still hot and serve immediately with marinara sauce for dipping.
