  • 1 tablespoon Fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh oregano, chopped

Instructions

Instructions

  • Step 1: Prepare the Tilapia - Pat the tilapia fillets dry with paper towels. Season both sides of the fillets with salt and pepper. Dredge each fillet lightly in flour, shaking off excess.
  • Step 2: Heat the Skillet - In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the dredged tilapia fillets to the skillet.
  • Step 3: Cook the Tilapia - Cook the tilapia for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and cover to keep warm.
  • Step 4: Make the Lemon Herb Butter Pan Sauce - In the same skillet, lower heat and add the butter. Allow it to melt and brown slightly. Add chicken broth (or water) and lemon juice, stirring to combine.
  • Step 5: Add Fresh Herbs - Stir in the chopped dill, parsley, and oregano. Taste and adjust seasoning.
  • Step 6: Serve and Enjoy - Return tilapia to the skillet, spoon sauce over fish, and serve immediately, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
