Ingredients

  • 3 cups shredded chicken breasts cooked and shredded
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce Frank's hot sauce recommended
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing
  • 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 cups Colby-jack cheese divided
  • blue cheese crumbles optional
  • green onion for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked, shredded chicken and cream cheese. Mix until the cream cheese is fully incorporated.
  • Pour in the buffalo sauce, ranch or blue cheese dressing, and granulated garlic powder. Stir thoroughly to combine.
  • Add 1 cup of the Colby-jack cheese to the mixture and stir well.
  • Transfer the mixture to your baking dish and spread it out evenly. Top with the remaining 1/2 cup of Colby-jack cheese. Bake for 20-25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  • Sprinkle with blue cheese crumbles and chopped green onions if desired. Serve warm with your favorite dippers.
