Ingredients

  • 1 loaf French loaf sliced into 1-inch thick pieces
  • 3 cloves garlic finely minced or pureed
  • 4 tablespoons salted butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon parsley leaves chopped
  • 3/4 cup pizza sauce store-bought
  • 8 oz mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 40 pieces mini pepperoni

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley. Stir well to create a fragrant garlic butter mixture.
  • Using a brush, generously spread the garlic butter mixture over each slice of the French loaf.
  • Place the slices on a baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes, or until the edges are golden and crispy.
  • Remove the baking sheet from the oven, and spoon about 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce onto each slice of garlic bread.
  • Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese generously over the pizza sauce on each slice, then add mini pepperoni on top.
  • Return the baking sheet to the oven and bake for an additional 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Once baked to perfection, remove from the oven, allow to cool for a minute, and serve warm.
