Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley. Stir well to create a fragrant garlic butter mixture.
Using a brush, generously spread the garlic butter mixture over each slice of the French loaf.
Place the slices on a baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes, or until the edges are golden and crispy.
Remove the baking sheet from the oven, and spoon about 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce onto each slice of garlic bread.
Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese generously over the pizza sauce on each slice, then add mini pepperoni on top.
Return the baking sheet to the oven and bake for an additional 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Once baked to perfection, remove from the oven, allow to cool for a minute, and serve warm.
