Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the honey square cereal, wheat cereal, mini pretzel twists, cashews, pecans, almonds, and peanuts. Stir gently.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg white, maple syrup, cinnamon, chipotle chili powder, chili powder, salt, cumin, and cayenne pepper.
Pour the sweet and spicy mixture over the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Transfer the coated mix to the prepared baking sheet, spreading it out evenly.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
Remove from oven, let cool completely, and break apart clumps before enjoying.
