Ingredients

Oil

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil or avocado oil

Spices

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1.5 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1.5 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1.5 teaspoons cumin

Honey Lime Dip

  • 0.5 cup Greek yogurt (or any yogurt of your choice)
  • 0.25 cup honey
  • 1 lime juice of 1 lime

Instructions

  • Step 1: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Step 2: Wash the sweet potatoes thoroughly and slice them into wedges.
  • Step 3: In a large bowl, drizzle the sweet potato wedges with oil and sprinkle with salt, chili powder, garlic powder, and cumin. Toss to coat.
  • Step 4: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the wedges in a single layer.
  • Step 5: Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Step 6: In a small bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey, and lime juice to make the dip.
  • Step 7: Serve the sweet potato wedges warm with the honey lime dip.
