Instructions
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Step 2: Wash the sweet potatoes thoroughly and slice them into wedges.
Step 3: In a large bowl, drizzle the sweet potato wedges with oil and sprinkle with salt, chili powder, garlic powder, and cumin. Toss to coat.
Step 4: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the wedges in a single layer.
Step 5: Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Step 6: In a small bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey, and lime juice to make the dip.
Step 7: Serve the sweet potato wedges warm with the honey lime dip.
