Ingredients

For the Wings:

  • 3 pounds chicken wings and drums
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

For the Sauce:

  • 1 cup honey divided
  • 1/2 cup butter melted
  • 1/2 cup Frank's Red Hot sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Sriracha
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

Method:

  • Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) for crispy skin.
  • Step 2: Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  • Step 3: In a large mixing bowl, add the chicken wings and sprinkle with freshly ground pepper. Toss to coat.
  • Step 4: In a separate bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup honey, melted butter, Frank's Red Hot, Sriracha, cayenne pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Step 5: Pour the sauce over the seasoned chicken wings and toss to coat.
  • Step 6: Place the wings on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Step 7: Brush with remaining honey during the last 10 minutes of baking, then cool slightly before serving.
