Ingredients

For the Marinade:

  • ¾ cup Italian dressing
  • ¼ cup A1 Original steak sauce
  • ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Dried basil
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper

For the Steak Bites:

  • 1-1.5 pounds Flat iron or top sirloin steak cut into 1-inch pieces

Instructions

Cooking Steps:

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the Italian dressing, A1 Original, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, minced garlic, brown sugar, dried basil, and black pepper. Whisk until well blended.
  • Add the steak to the marinade, ensuring each piece is coated. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  • Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Optionally add oil to prevent sticking.
  • Remove steak from marinade, shaking off excess. Cook in a single layer for 2-3 minutes on each side, until desired doneness is reached.
  • Let the steak bites rest for a couple of minutes before serving. Enjoy!
