For the Dipping Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup sour cream Base for dipping sauce

  • Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) for even cooking.
  • Step 2: Cut the chicken fillets into strips for quick cooking.
  • Step 3: Whisk together the milk and egg. Coat chicken strips in egg mixture, then in panko crumbs.
  • Step 4: Arrange coated chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  • Step 5: Mix Sriracha, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and lime juice in a bowl for the sauce.
  • Step 6: Combine sour cream, mayo, Worcestershire sauce, lime zest, and seasoning for the dipping sauce.
  • Step 7: Drizzle Sriracha honey sauce over the cooked chicken and serve with the dipping sauce.
