  • 12 large Egg yolks
  • ¼ cup Monterey Jack cheese Shredded
  • Few drops Sriracha Adjust to taste

Instructions

  • Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Step 2: Spray each cup of a muffin tin with cooking spray and press thawed tater tots into the bottom and sides to form cups.
  • Step 3: Bake for about 20 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.
  • Step 4: In a bowl, combine egg yolks, shredded cheese, and Sriracha, whisking until blended.
  • Step 5: Spoon the egg mixture into each tater tot cup, filling them almost to the top.
  • Step 6: Bake again for 10-15 minutes until egg yolks are set and tops are lightly golden.
  • Step 7: Let cool for a few minutes before removing from the muffin tin and serve warm.
