Ingredients

  • 2 ripe peaches peeled and pitted
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup adjust to taste
  • 1 cup sparkling water chilled
  • fresh peach slices for garnish
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  • Start by peeling your ripe peaches. Blanch them briefly in boiling water for about 30 seconds, then transfer to an ice bath. Peel and pit the peaches, then cut into chunks for blending.
  • Place the peeled and pitted peach chunks into a blender. Add 1 tablespoon of honey or agave syrup. Blend on high until smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness if desired.
  • Add about 1 cup of ice cubes into the blender with the peach puree. Blend again until you achieve a slushy, frozen texture.
  • Pour the chilled sparkling water into the blender with the frozen peach mixture. Gently pulse once or twice to combine without losing the bubbles.
  • Pour the Sparkling Frozen Peach Bellini Mocktail into glasses. Garnish with fresh peach slices. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use ripe peaches for the best natural sweetness and flavor.
  • Avoid over-blending after adding sparkling water to keep the fizz.
  • Store leftover peach puree in the refrigerator for up to 2 days; blend fresh with ice and sparkling water when ready to serve.
