  • ½ teaspoon Hot Sauce Sriracha preferred

  • In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the grated cheddar and pepper jack cheese, chopped pimento, green onions, mayonnaise, kosher salt, black pepper, sugar, and hot sauce.
  • Using a spatula, mix all the ingredients together until they are well combined.
