Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 1.5 cups Annie's Honey Graham Cracker crumbs
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 0.25 cup granulated sugar

For the Filling:

  • 3 cups vanilla ice cream softened
  • 0.75 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup chopped chocolate bars
  • 0.5 cup chopped Annie's Honey Graham Crackers
  • 1.5 cups mini marshmallows for topping

Instructions

Instructions:

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Mix until well coated. Press into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie pan to form a crust. Bake for 10 minutes and let cool completely.
  • Once the crust is cool, spread the softened vanilla ice cream evenly into the cooled crust. Smooth out the top with a spatula.
  • Sprinkle chopped chocolate bars evenly over the ice cream layer. Distribute mini marshmallows on top of the chocolate.
  • Cover the pie with plastic wrap and freeze for about 2-3 hours until firm. Before serving, top with chopped graham crackers and mini marshmallows. Optionally, toast the marshmallows with a kitchen torch.
  • Slice and serve immediately, enjoying the delightful flavors!
