  • 12 ounces nova lox or smoked salmon chopped
  • 3 pieces English cucumbers ends trimmed

  • Start by gathering all your ingredients. Chop the red onions (or scallions/chives), capers, and fresh dill. Set them aside for later use.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the whipped cream cheese, chopped red onions (or scallions/chives), capers, and fresh dill. Mix until well combined and creamy.
  • Trim the ends of the English cucumbers and slice them into rounds, about 1/2 inch thick.
  • Using a spoon or piping bag, generously dollop or pipe the cream cheese mixture onto each cucumber slice.
  • Top each cucumber bite with a piece of chopped smoked salmon.
  • Sprinkle a little extra dill on top of each bite for garnish. Arrange the Smoked Salmon Cucumber Bites on a serving platter and enjoy!
