Ingredients

  • 1 package cream cheese (8-ounce)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley (or 1-2 teaspoons fresh)
  • 1 can marinated artichoke hearts (12-ounce, chopped fine)
  • 3 cups spinach (chopped)

Instructions

  • Gather your ingredients to ensure a smooth preparation process.
  • If using fresh spinach, wash and chop it finely. If using frozen spinach, defrost and squeeze out excess water.
  • Drain and chop the marinated artichoke hearts into small pieces.
  • In your slow cooker, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until creamy.
  • Stir in shredded mozzarella and grated parmesan to create a rich, cheesy mixture.
  • Add minced garlic and dried parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Gently fold in chopped spinach and artichokes, maintaining some texture.
  • Cover and cook on low for about 2 hours, stirring occasionally, or on high for about 1 hour.
  • Once bubbly, stir, taste, and adjust seasoning if necessary. Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with parsley.
