  • 2 cups Fresh spinach Rinsed thoroughly
  • 1 stalk Celery Chopped
  • 1 Orange Peeled and segmented
  • 1 Banana Sliced
  • 1 scoop Flavorless protein powder Optional
  • 1 Lime Juiced
  • 1.5 cups Pineapple chunks Fresh or frozen
  • Ice To preference
  • 1-2 cups Water To achieve desired thickness

Instructions

  • Step 1: Prepare Your Ingredients. Rinse the spinach thoroughly under cold water. Chop the celery into smaller pieces. Peel the orange and lime, removing any seeds.
  • Step 2: Add the Ingredients to the Blender. Start with spinach and celery at the bottom, then add orange segments, banana slices, and pineapple chunks. Add protein powder if using.
  • Step 3: Juice the Lime. Cut the lime in half and squeeze the juice into the blender, avoiding seeds.
  • Step 4: Add Ice and Water. Add ice to preference and start with 1 cup of water, adding more as needed.
  • Step 5: Blend Until Smooth. Secure the lid and blend on high speed until smooth, about 30 seconds to a minute.
  • Step 6: Taste and Adjust. If too thick, add more water. If sweeter is desired, add more banana or orange.
  • Step 7: Serve and Enjoy! Pour into a glass or to-go cup. Garnish with lime or pineapple if desired.
