Roll out your pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to fit the size of your skillet, about ¼ inch thick.
Carefully transfer the rolled-out dough into the hot skillet. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until the bottom is golden brown.
Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the cooked dough. Top with mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, bell peppers, red onions, mushrooms, olives, Italian seasoning, and black pepper.
Cover the skillet with a lid and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling and melted.
Remove the skillet from heat, brush the edges of the crust with olive oil, let it cool for a minute, then slice and serve.
