  • 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 6 tablespoons salted butter
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1-2 teaspoons seasoned salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Blue cheese or ranch dressing for serving
  • Sliced green onions for serving

For the Broccoli:

  • 3 cups broccoli florets

  • Step 1: Prepare the Chicken - Cut your chicken breasts or thighs into bite-sized cubes for even cooking.
  • Step 2: Season the Chicken - In a large mixing bowl, combine chicken with smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss well.
  • Step 3: Add Flour - Sprinkle flour over the chicken and toss until lightly coated.
  • Step 4: Prepare the Broccoli - Add broccoli florets to the sheet pan, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Step 5: Arrange on the Sheet Pan - Spread chicken over the broccoli in a single layer for even cooking.
  • Step 6: Make the Buffalo Sauce - Melt butter in a saucepan, then add hot sauce, seasoned salt, cayenne pepper, and honey. Stir until combined.
  • Step 7: Bake! - Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and bake for about 20 minutes. Remove and drizzle with buffalo sauce, then toss gently.
  • Step 8: Return to Oven - Bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until chicken is cooked and broccoli is tender.
