  • 4 pieces white sweet potatoes scrubbed clean and cubed
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons fresh thyme leaves
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice for an extra kick

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Scrub the white sweet potatoes under running water and cube them into bite-sized pieces.
