Instructions
Gather all your ingredients. Drain and rinse the garbanzo beans under cool water.
In a food processor, blend the garbanzo beans, garlic, and tahini until smooth.
Add lemon juice, roasted red peppers, dried basil, salt, and pepper. Blend until creamy.
Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Add water if the hummus is too thick.
Transfer to a serving bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and garnish with paprika or basil. Serve with veggies or pita chips.
