  • 1 head Roasted Garlic Roasted until soft and golden.
  • 1.5 cups Rice Blend of brown, red, and black rice.
  • 3 cups Low Sodium Chicken Broth
  • 0.25 cup Heavy Cream
  • 0.5 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • as needed Fresh Parsley For garnish.

Instructions

  • Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice off the top of the garlic head, drizzle with olive oil, wrap in foil, and roast for 30-35 minutes until soft.
  • Step 2: In a medium saucepan, combine the rice and chicken broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 25-30 minutes until rice is tender.
  • Step 3: Stir in the roasted garlic paste, heavy cream, butter, and Parmesan cheese into the cooked rice. Mix until combined and cheese is melted. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Step 4: Transfer to a serving bowl, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.

Notes
