Pour in the salsa and the frozen Green Giant Riced Cauliflower & Sweet Potato. Add 1/2 cup of water to the skillet, stirring until everything is well combined. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until heated through.
Gently fold in the rinsed black beans and frozen roasted corn. Allow the mixture to simmer for another 2-3 minutes, just until everything is heated thoroughly.
Spoon the delicious beef mixture into bowls and top with your favorite toppings such as shredded cheddar cheese, lettuce, guacamole, and salsa.
