Ingredients

  • 3 pounds small or baby Yukon Gold potatoes halved
  • 6 tablespoons melted unsalted butter
  • 3 to 4 tablespoons homemade ranch seasoning

Instructions

  • Step 1: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Step 2: Wash and thoroughly dry the baby Yukon Gold potatoes. Cut each potato in half.
  • Step 3: In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted unsalted butter with your homemade ranch seasoning. Stir well.
  • Step 4: Add the halved potatoes to the bowl and toss them in the butter and seasoning mixture until coated.
  • Step 5: Spread the seasoned potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet, cut side down.
  • Step 6: Roast the potatoes for about 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and fork-tender.
