Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon fine pepper

Instructions

  • Gather all the ingredients listed above. Freshness is key, especially with the cilantro and lime juice.
  • Lightly chop the cilantro and jalapeño. Mince the garlic cloves finely.
