Instructions
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Step 2: Line a standard muffin tin with paper liners or grease each cup.
Step 3: In a medium bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients.
Step 4: In a large bowl, mix together the wet ingredients until smooth.
Step 5: Fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
Step 6: In a small bowl, mix the streusel topping ingredients until crumbly.
Step 7: Fill muffin cups about 2/3 full with batter.
Step 8: Sprinkle the streusel topping over each muffin.
Step 9: Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown.
Step 10: Cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
