  • 1 cup Pumpkin puree
  • ½ cup Ricotta cheese
  • ½ teaspoon Fresh ground pepper
  • ½ cup Walnuts, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh sage, finely chopped
  • Honey, for drizzling

Instructions

  • Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt. Toast for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  • Step 2: In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, ricotta cheese, and fresh ground pepper. Stir until smooth, then fold in the chopped sage.
  • Step 3: Toast the chopped walnuts in a skillet over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until fragrant and lightly browned.
  • Step 4: Spread the pumpkin ricotta mixture onto each toasted baguette slice and sprinkle with toasted walnuts.
  • Step 5: Drizzle honey over each crostini before serving.
