  • 6 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
  • 2-3 cloves Garlic freshly chopped
  • 1 handful Flat-leaf Parsley finely chopped

  • Step 1: Prep the Potatoes - Wash the potatoes thoroughly. Peel if desired, then cut into 1-inch cubes.
  • Step 2: Heat the Skillet - Place the skillet over medium heat and melt 4 tablespoons of butter until bubbly.
  • Step 3: Sauté the Potatoes - Add the cubed potatoes in a single layer, season with salt and pepper, and sauté for 10-15 minutes until golden brown and tender.
  • Step 4: Add Garlic - Once the potatoes are cooked, add the chopped garlic and sauté for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  • Step 5: Finish with Parsley - Remove from heat, stir in the remaining butter and parsley, and toss to coat.
