  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice juice of 1 lime
  • 0.25 cup Finely Chopped Red Onion
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 0.25 cup Cilantro chopped

Instructions

  • Step 1: Gather all your ingredients. Ensure avocados are ripe, chop pineapple, jalapeño, red onion, and cilantro, and squeeze lime juice.
  • Step 2: In a medium mixing bowl, add avocado chunks and mash to desired texture with a fork or potato masher.
  • Step 3: Add chopped pineapple, jalapeño, red onion, and lime juice to the mashed avocado. Stir gently to combine.
  • Step 4: Season with a pinch of salt and pepper to taste. Adjust lime juice or salt as needed.
  • Step 5: Fold in chopped cilantro and garnish with extra cilantro leaves if desired.
