Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter at room temperature
  • 3 ounces cream cheese at room temperature
  • 16 ounces powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Step 1: Prepare Your Ingredients. Make sure your butter and cream cheese are at room temperature.
  • Step 2: Beat the Butter and Cream Cheese. In a large mixing bowl, add the softened butter and cream cheese. Beat until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Step 3: Add Powdered Sugar. Gradually add the powdered sugar, starting on low speed to prevent a mess, then increase to medium speed until fluffy.
  • Step 4: Incorporate Milk and Vanilla. Add the milk and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth. Adjust consistency with more milk if needed.
