Ingredients

  • 1 package cream cheese at room temperature
  • 6 tablespoons pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 cup sliced pepperoni chopped
  • 4 or 5 (10-inch) burrito-size flour tortillas

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the room temperature cream cheese, pizza sauce, shredded mozzarella cheese, dried oregano, and chopped pepperoni. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated.
  • Take one flour tortilla and lay it flat on a clean surface. Spread a generous amount of the filling evenly over the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
  • Starting from one end, carefully roll the tortilla tightly to form a log shape.
  • Once rolled, use a sharp knife to slice the log into 1-inch thick pinwheels.
  • If you have time, wrap the pinwheels in plastic wrap and place them in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  • Arrange the pinwheels on a platter and serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
