In a mixing bowl, combine the room temperature cream cheese, pizza sauce, shredded mozzarella cheese, dried oregano, and chopped pepperoni. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated.
Take one flour tortilla and lay it flat on a clean surface. Spread a generous amount of the filling evenly over the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
Starting from one end, carefully roll the tortilla tightly to form a log shape.
Once rolled, use a sharp knife to slice the log into 1-inch thick pinwheels.
If you have time, wrap the pinwheels in plastic wrap and place them in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
Arrange the pinwheels on a platter and serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
