  • 1/4 cup Vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 24 pieces Candy Cane Hershey Kisses (unwrapped)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Peppermint extract (optional) For extra flavor
  • Powdered sugar (optional) For dusting

Instructions

  • Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Step 2: Line a mini muffin tin with paper liners or spray with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Step 3: In a large mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, vegetable oil, water, and eggs. Add peppermint extract if using, and stir until just combined.
  • Step 4: Fill each muffin cup about two-thirds full with brownie batter.
  • Step 5: Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  • Step 6: Press a Candy Cane Hershey Kiss into the center of each brownie bite immediately after removing from the oven.
  • Step 7: Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Dust with powdered sugar if desired.
