Instructions
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, grated onion, minced garlic, milk, Italian bread crumbs, beaten egg, salt, pepper, and grated Parmesan cheese. Mix until just combined.
