  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 0.5 cup Grated onion
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 0.5 cup Milk
  • 0.5 cup Italian bread crumbs
  • 1 large Egg, slightly beaten
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Pepper
  • 0.5 cup Grated Parmesan cheese

Peach Riesling Glaze Ingredients

  • 1 cup Peach preserves
  • 0.5 cup Riesling wine
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Ginger, minced

Instructions

  • Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, grated onion, minced garlic, milk, Italian bread crumbs, beaten egg, salt, pepper, and grated Parmesan cheese. Mix until just combined.
  • Step 3: Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Step 4: Bake the meatballs for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through and golden.
  • Step 5: In a saucepan, combine peach preserves, Riesling wine, soy sauce, and minced ginger. Simmer for 5-7 minutes until thickened.
  • Step 6: Drizzle the warm glaze over the baked meatballs and toss to coat.
  • Step 7: Serve the glazed meatballs on a platter and enjoy!
