Instructions
Step 1: In a saucepan, pour in the 4 cups of chicken stock and heat it over low heat.

Step 6: Gradually add the warmed chicken stock, one ladle at a time, stirring gently until absorbed.
Step 7: Stir in the remaining ¼ cup of dry apple cider vinegar, 2 tablespoons of butter, 1 cup of heavy cream, and ½ cup of grated Parmesan cheese.
Step 8: Serve hot, garnished with extra Parmesan or fresh herbs if desired.
