  • 1 tablespoon Rosemary Finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • to taste Fresh Black Pepper
  • 4 small White or Yukon Gold Potatoes
  • ¼ cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese

Instructions

  • Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Step 2: Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly, then slice them thinly (about 1/8 inch thick).
  • Step 3: In a small bowl, combine melted butter, rosemary, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well mixed.
  • Step 4: Stack potato slices in a baking dish, layering them in a fan shape and drizzling some butter mixture between layers.
  • Step 5: Sprinkle shredded Parmesan cheese over the top of each stack.
  • Step 6: Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Let cool slightly before serving.
