Place the chicken pieces in a large baking dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring each piece is coated well. Cover with plastic wrap and let marinate in the fridge for at least 1 hour, ideally overnight.
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the skin is golden brown and crispy.
Remove the chicken from the oven, let it rest for a few minutes, and garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
