Instructions
Step 1: Prep the Chicken - Trim and pat dry the chicken breasts. Sprinkle Cajun seasoning and chili powder over the chicken, adding salt and pepper. Massage the spices into the chicken.
Step 2: Heat the Pan - In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat until hot.
Step 3: Sear the Chicken - Add the seasoned chicken breasts to the pan and sear for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Step 4: Add the Aromatics - Remove the chicken and add diced onion and bell pepper to the pan. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until softened.
