Ingredients

  • 8 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • ¾ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter for drizzling on top

Instructions

  • Start by lining your 9x9-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal later. If you prefer, you can also grease the pan lightly with a bit of butter.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, and ¾ cup of creamy peanut butter. Stir until everything is well combined and forms a thick mixture.
  • Transfer the mixture to your prepared baking pan. Using a spatula, press down firmly to create an even layer. Make sure it’s compact so the bars hold together well.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips. Heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
  • Once the white chocolate is melted, stir in the 2 tablespoons of creamy peanut butter until fully combined. This will give the chocolate a delicious peanut butter flavor.
  • Carefully pour the melted white chocolate mixture over the pressed graham cracker base. Use a spatula to spread it evenly across the top.
  • Place the pan in the refrigerator and chill for at least 2 hours or until the bars are firm and set.
  • Once set, lift the bars out of the pan using the overhanging parchment paper. Cut into squares or rectangles, and serve. Enjoy your No-Bake Double Peanut Butter Bars with friends and family—or keep them all to yourself!
