Ingredients

  • 16 ounces semisweet chocolate finely chopped, divided
  • 3 cups pretzel sticks
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  • Line a 9x9-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the sides for easy removal later.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the pretzel sticks and melted butter. Stir until the pretzels are fully coated.
  • Transfer the pretzel mixture to the prepared baking dish. Using the back of a spatula, press it down firmly to create an even layer.
  • In another bowl, mix together the creamy peanut butter and powdered sugar until well combined and smooth.
  • Evenly spread the peanut butter mixture over the pretzel base, smoothing it out with a spatula.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl or using a double boiler, melt half of the chopped semisweet chocolate, stirring until smooth.
  • Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer, using the spatula to spread it evenly.
  • Melt the remaining chopped chocolate and drizzle it over the top of the bars for an extra touch of chocolatey goodness.
  • Refrigerate the bars for at least 2 hours or until set.
  • Once set, lift the bars out of the baking dish using the parchment overhang. Cut into squares and enjoy your delicious No-Bake Chubby Hubby Bars!
