Ingredients

  • ½ cup olive oil high-quality
  • 2 teaspoons Moroccan seasoning blend includes cumin, coriander, paprika, and cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 cloves garlic crushed
  • 4 fillets salmon 6 oz each
  • 1 unit lemon for juice and wedges
  • to taste fresh cilantro/coriander for garnish

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the olive oil, Moroccan seasoning, salt, and crushed garlic until well combined.
  • Add the salmon fillets to the bowl, ensuring each piece is coated evenly with the marinade. Let the salmon marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) while the salmon marinates.
  • Transfer the marinated salmon fillets to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Roast in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes.
  • While the salmon is roasting, prepare your garnish by chopping fresh cilantro and slicing the lemon into wedges.
  • Once the salmon is done, remove it from the oven and let it rest for a couple of minutes. Serve with lemon wedges and a sprinkle of fresh cilantro.

Notes
