Ingredients

Meat

  • 1 lb Lean Ground Turkey

Vegetables

  • cup Red Onion, minced
  • cup Fresh Cilantro, minced

Binders

  • ½ cup Panko Breadcrumbs

Condiments

  • 2 Tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 1 Tbsp Hot Sauce
  • 1 tsp Garlic Paste
  • ½ tsp Ginger Paste

Spices

  • 2 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • ½ tsp Chili Powder
  • ½ tsp Paprika

Instructions

  • Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Step 2: Finely mince the red onion and cilantro.
  • Step 3: In a large mixing bowl, combine the lean ground turkey, minced red onion, minced cilantro, and panko breadcrumbs.
  • Step 4: Add the tomato paste, hot sauce, garlic paste, ginger paste, kosher salt, cumin, chili powder, and paprika to the turkey mixture. Mix until just combined.
  • Step 5: Roll the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Step 6: Bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through and golden.
  • Step 7: Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
