  • 3 pieces Soft Shell Tacos Cut into circles
  • 1/4 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 pound Ground Beef or Halal Ground Meat Browned with taco seasoning
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Lettuce
  • 1/4 cup Diced Tomatoes
  • to taste Ranch Dressing or Sour Cream For topping

Instructions

  • Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut the soft shell tacos into circle shapes using a cookie cutter or a glass, aiming for circles about 2-3 inches in diameter.
  • Step 2: In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef or alternative, breaking it up as it cooks. Add taco seasoning according to package instructions and stir well.
  • Step 3: Place the taco circles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spoon a small amount of seasoned meat onto each circle and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Step 4: Bake in the preheated oven for about 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Step 5: Allow to cool slightly, then top each bite with chopped lettuce and diced tomatoes. Drizzle with ranch dressing or a dollop of sour cream.
