  • 180 g well-drained tuna
  • 250 g cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • 30 g walnuts chopped

  • a handful fresh parsley leaves
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • optional pepper

Instructions

  • Before you start, make sure all your ingredients are ready to go. Drain the tuna well and chop your walnuts, green onions, and parsley.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the well-drained tuna and cream cheese. Use a fork to break up the tuna and thoroughly mix it with the cream cheese until it’s smooth and creamy.
  • Stir in the teaspoon of mayonnaise or Greek yogurt for added creaminess. This will enhance the flavor and give your spread a lovely texture.
  • Add the chopped walnuts, green onions, and parsley to the mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir everything until well combined.
