Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup water

For the Iced Coffee:

  • 1 cup brewed coffee (cooled)
  • 3 tablespoons simple syrup adjust based on sweetness preference
  • 3 tablespoons half-and-half

  • In a large glass or mixing pitcher, combine the cooled coffee with 3 tablespoons of the simple syrup. Add in 3 tablespoons of half-and-half.
  • Fill your glass with ice cubes to the brim.
