Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons instant coffee
  • 2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons boiling water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 cups ice
  • 2 cups milk of choice

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the instant coffee, dark brown sugar, and boiling water. Stir until everything is dissolved.
  • Using an electric mixer, beat the coffee mixture on high speed for about 2-4 minutes, or until it becomes light and fluffy.
  • Gently fold in the vanilla extract to enhance the flavor.
  • In a glass, add ice and pour the milk of choice over it, leaving some space at the top for the whipped coffee.
  • Drizzle maple syrup into the milk, adjusting the amount to your sweetness preference. Stir gently to combine.
  • Spoon the whipped coffee mixture over the milk and ice. Use a spatula to create a beautiful layer on top.
